UCC Squad

	Asif Ali (Club Captain) Nationality: Indian Asif is part of the furniture at UCC.  He is one of it's founding members and is an inspiration to our team both on and off the pitch.  He constantly encourages his players and is great at motivating our team.  He bowlers useful medium pacers and can also swing the willow.  His cricket heroes are Viv Richards and Sachin Tendulkar and his favourite cricketing moment was when UCC defeated Sri Lanka in last seasons competition.
	Guy Dormer (Club Vice Captain) Nationality: New Zealander Guy is usually at the heart of all UCC's good performances.  He is the current VCA player of the year and is by far and away our most consistent batsman.  Batting at 3, he adds steal to our top order and can accelerate the score when required.  He can bowl deceiving dibbly dobbly deliveries that can perplex any batsman. His heroes are Sachin (of course) and Chris Harris.  His cricketing highlight is running Daniel Malone out in two successive innings in the 2010/2011 season.
	M.C. Suresh Kumar   Nationality: Indian   Suresh is an essential part of our middle order.  He's capable of clearing the boundary on a regular basis and can steady the ship if we lose quick wickets.  He bats left-handed which gives our middle order a nice balance.  His cricket hero is Isac Vivian Alexander Richards and his favourite moment is the 4th day of EdenGardens Test, where Mcgrath/Gillespie/Warne could not manage to take a single wicket in the entire day.
